We love Greedy Cat here in Arapere Class. Earlier in the year, we read Greedy Cat's Door and had a go at writing a retell of the story. We also made some Greedy Cats of our own using a collaging technique.

Bethany said “I like that you have made a creative cat picture.” Eyvana-Li said “I like your class blog and the writing of the Greedy cat story.” Justin said “I like the greedy cat collage you made. It looks great.” Basma said “I like how all the greedy cat collages look different.”
Afsoon said that it reminds her of a red panda because the cats are the same shape. Saron said that she has read the same book and it reminds her of when she read it. Fanoga mentioned that the collages remind him of his cat at home. Nation said that it reminded her of the school cat, Dusky.
Bilal suggested that maybe you could add paws onto your greedy cat. Lata asked “How did you make the greedy cat collage?”. Nadia wants to know what you used to make the collage stick?
